In EL INVERNADERO we elaborate every day the menus in which the dishes enter and leave the craving of nature, vegetables and mushrooms are the protagonists. We also give vegetarian, vegan, meat and fish options.

Roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, pods, mushrooms… are the main ingredients, supported by superfoods, and natural seasonings to create a rich, tasty, succulent, healthy and emotional dining experience.

We strive every day to put our knowledge and love for the kitchen, supported by the wonderful products of our gardens, pampering them to make a gastronomic menu respectful of the environment and nature.
