Terms and conditions of the reservation

1. Conditions

The chosen menus are for a full table, all the diners at the table must take the same menu. You cannot choose different menus at the same table.

EL INVERNADERO is a small space with only five tables. Each table has a maximum capacity of 6 people, if you want to reserve a table for more people let us know by email.

Next to the kitchen we have 3 tables, with capacity for one or two people. It is the best way to attend the preparation of the dishes live while enjoying the experience.

Reservations are managed only through the engine that we make available at: https://elinvernaderorestaurante.com/en/reservations

Our menu can be modified if you tell us at least 12 hours in advance that there are for any of the diners restrictions or food allergies to gluten, nuts, lactose, or if you have rejection of any type of food or processing. We also adapt our desserts for diabetics.

If you want a 100% vegetable menu, let us know when you book and we will give you options.

Gift Green Experiences: If the desired day coincides with other gift tickets already reserved, we do not confirm table availability.

To cancel a Gift Card you must notify us 24 hours in advance for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings. To cancel a Gift Card for Friday nights and Saturdays you must notify us 48 hours in advance. Gift Cards are non-refundable.


2. Timetable

EL INVERNADERO is open from Tuesday to Saturday. (Closed on Sundays and Mondays).

For lunch from 1:20 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. * and dinner from 8:20 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. *

Punctuality is requested. After 15 minutes of delay, only the short menu can be ordered. After 30 minutes of delay, the restaurant will activate the cancellation policy protocol.

3. To make a reservation

To reserve a table in EL INVERNADERO you must follow the instructions that we indicate within the booking engine that appears in this space, in it you can indicate your gastronomic preferences, as well as intolerances and allergies. Once all the data has been completed, we will contact you via email to formalize the reservation details and remind you of the time at which they must be presented in a timely manner in the restaurant.

The cost of the #VEGETALIA Menu is 165 euros (VAT included).
► Includes water, bread, cheese and table service.
Does not include drinks, coffees and infusions.

The cost of the #GREEN Menu is 130 euros (VAT included).
► Includes water, bread and table service.
Does not include drinks, cheese service, coffees and infusions.

The cost of the #RED Menu is 145 euros (VAT included).
► Includes water, bread and table service.
Does not include drinks, cheese service, coffees and infusions.

The cost of the #BLUE Menu is 145 euros (VAT included).
► Includes water, bread and table service.
Does not include drinks, cheese service, coffees and infusions.

The cost of the #CAVIARECORIOFRIO Menu is 230 euros (VAT included).

If at the time of making the reservation you have any problem contact us by mail or telephone at the times indicated in our cancellation policy.

You must provide the details of a credit card, according to our cancellation policy.


4. Cancellation policy

If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, add or decrease diners, cancel or change the date, you must notify us by email: reservas@elinvernaderorestaurante.com

If you wish to cancel a reservation made for the Friday dinner service and Saturdays for lunch and dinner, the advance period for the cancellation to be effective without charge must be 48 hours.

For Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in both services and on Fridays at noon, cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance.

The reservation has a cancellation policy associated with it. In case of no-show or cancellation within the corresponding period, an amount of 130 euros per guest will be charged.

NO cancellations will be answered by phone.

To cancel a Gift Card you must give us 24 hours notice for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning. 48 hours in advance if it is for Friday night or Saturday.

The telephone service hours are from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 am


5. Allergens

All our preparations may contain any type of allergens, at the time of making the reservation, we will send you an email where we will ask you about your food restrictions to prepare a personalized menu.
