Booking terms and conditions

Everyone at the same table takes the same menu: different menus cannot be combined at one table. That is why the booking starts by choosing the menu rather than the date — each one has its own booking channel, its own length and its own preparation in the kitchen.

The booking is confirmed through the reservation engine on this website, which is where the real availability lives and where these conditions appear before you confirm. During the process the system asks for a bank card.

Nothing is charged to it, except in the cases of late cancellation or no-show set out below. The phone and the email are there for questions beforehand and for requests that do not fit the form.

You choose between the Chef's Table and a dining room table in the «zone» field of the engine. The Chef's Table is a shared counter beside the kitchen, for up to 10 diners and with space between bookings, where the chef cooks and plates in front of you. A dining room table is private, with conventional and personal service, for one to six diners.

Any change or cancellation must reach us at least 24 hours in advance, by telephone or by email. After that the booking stands: cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not turning up, carries a charge of €90 per person booked on the card provided, except in justified and evidenced cases of force majeure.

The obligation runs both ways. Under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which enacts the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the restaurant is liable to compensate you if it cannot provide the service you booked, with the same force majeure exception.

We serve in two sittings, at 19:00 and 21:30, so there is no slack to absorb a late arrival. Arriving on time is rewarded with extra moments in the menu the chef serves; arriving late means losing some of them.

Every preparation may contain traces of, or actual, allergens. If you have a dietary restriction, an allergy or an ingredient you would rather not eat, you must tell us when you book: if you do not, we cannot guarantee that we can adapt, and the menu cannot be changed on the night.

The Vegetalia menu is already entirely plant-based — vegan and vegetarian — with nothing to say in the booking; if you would rather we added animal protein as seasoning, that is what to tell us.

Gastrobotánica includes fish and meat inside the menu and does not allow the plant-based version. Babies and children are welcome: tell us and we will prepare the best possible spot for them and a children's menu adapted to what they like.

Gift cards expire six months after purchase and are non-refundable. To cancel a booking made with a gift card, we need at least 24 hours' notice.

The consequence here is different from an ordinary reservation: there is no €90 charge, but the gift card itself is voided. If the date you want is already taken by other gift-card bookings, we cannot guarantee a table.

Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 to 18:00. Saturdays, 9:00 to 12:00. Outside those hours, online booking is available at any time.
